HISTORY
We are the first to introduce new technologies at a cosmetic enterprise in Ukraine and have undergone many changes over the course of 20 years in order to be as effective and high-quality as possible.
BUSINESS BACKBONE
We are a dynamically developing factory that implements new technologies in production and in the creation of recipes thanks to the team of professionals who are constantly learning and striving to achieve high results.
ON-LINE WATER MONITORING
Strategic raw material - water is under 24/7 on-line monitoring with continuous fixation of quality parameters. Daily production of water for the production of cosmetic products is 150 000 liters.
MICROBIOLOGICAL LABORATORY AND QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT
Our own Microbiological Laboratory allows us to control the cleanliness of manufacturing areas and equipment and products at all stages of production. For this, the laboratory and the Quality Control Department are certified and equipped with all the necessary equipment.
EQUIPMENT FOR THE MANUFACTURING OF SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS
There is equipment on the territory of the factory for producing from 300-500 pieces or more of one SKU for the client, and there are also several reactors for producing the largest possible number of pieces in the shortest possible time.
EQUIPMENT FOR PRODUCTS PACKAGING
The product packaging is carried out on semi-automatic and automatic lines with no size restrictions. More detailed information on possible containers (diameter, height) is in the attachment.
WAREHOUSE PREMISES
The warehouse is a separate room with temperature, humidity, sanitary condition monitoring and with keeping all the necessary records, separated into special areas: the warehouse of active components and the warehouse of finished products are zonally separated among themselves.
QUALITY POLICY
High-quality, effective and safe products release is guaranteed by the Quality Management System implemented at the enterprise in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 22716, and by the availability of a modern technical fleet as well.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
We are looking for promising developments, create innovative recipes, build a product launch system "from idea to design: combining innovation and value" and implement a strategy for the technological development of the enterprise.
