In 2020 Elfa Pharm Ukraine successfully completed SMETA ethical trade audit and URSA social responsibility audit.
Successful passing of these audits confirms that the factory:
1) systematically approaches the care of the rights and health of personnel;
2) systematically takes care of the environment;
3) creates and maintains an internal culture of production and maintains a positive climate;
4) implements a process of continuous improvement in the social aspects of the factory activity.
Compliance with these standards enhances the image of Elfa Pharm Ukraine in the international arena and opens the door to cooperation with international, transnational companies and international retail chains.
